INTRODUCTION TO DIESEL
All our vehicles fitted with Land Rover's new Diesel engines are a great fit for drivers predominantly taking longer journeys on motorways with some city travel.
All our diesel vehicles are fitted with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and use Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) to meet stringent regulations and lower tailpipe emissions.
- Typically more fuel efficient than petrol engines.
- Often feature more low-end torque, ideal for motorways, towing power and off-road driving.
- EU6 compliant for emissions with CO2 level approximately 20% below petrol.
- New diesel won't always be at its efficient best if you only take short trips or mostly drive in cities.
